Who we are
I’m Geraldine, the CEO of Sterling Search.
Sterling Search was set up in the Summer of 2023 after a brief introduction into the world of recruitment, and following an extensive career working in the insurance and financial services and banking sector, which included AXA Investment Managers, UBS, Barclays and Marsh insurance brokers.
The company vision is to provide an ethical financial services and insurance consultancy with sterling client and candidate relationships that are built on transparency and trust.
It is our business to know our client’s business, and we capitalise on our individual industry knowledge and expertise to identify excellent candidates, and deliver exceptional talent into our client partners organisations.
