I’m Geraldine the CEO of Sterling Search.
Sterling Search was set up in the Summer 2023 following an introduction into recruitment, and an extensive industry career working in the financial services and banking sector which included AXA Investment Managers, UBS, Barclays and Marsh insurance brokers.
The company vision is to provide an ethical financial services and insurance consultancy with sterling client and candidate relationships that are built on transparency and trust.
It is our business to know our client’s business and we capitalise on our individual industry knowledge and expertise to identify excellent candidates and deliver exceptional talent into our clients.
Integrity
Sterling Search values the importance of integrity from how we interface with our clients and candidates to how we collaborate internally.
We provide a consultative service by being fully transparent on market conditions and salaries, and we provide honest feedback on our capability to supply candidates for roles which have been assigned to us.
