Charity
At Sterling Search we are passionate about mentoring.
We possess DBS clearance and are partnered with The Switch Network, a charity based in the City, where we provide mentoring support for school children within the borough of Tower Hamlets.
We are also looking at partnering with the Spear Programme which provides mentoring support for the unemployed, in addition to working with other charities in the London Borough of Croydon. More details on this to follow soon.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a core part of Sterling Search’s vision to provide a high quality and ethical recruitment service offering to our clients and candidates alike.
Sourcing diverse talent
We are proactive in our approach to sourcing candidates from diverse communities by ensuring that we go out to the market to meet them. We network in the market regularly and attend networking events organised by the ICAN (Insurance Cultural Awarneness Network) in addition to other industry events.
The future
Diversity isn’t just a moment in recruitment, it’s the future, and our growth strategy will ensure that we recruit a diverse workforce of talented consultants that bring different levels of experience and perspectives to our business. In particular, we will welcome returners regardless of their age or circumstances that will test the myth that recruitment is an industry exclusively for young people, or for those with relevant experience.
We think creatively, and we will also recruit our consultants with transferable skills from different industry backgrounds, creating a dynamic business that will bring specialist knowledge and expertise to our clients.
We are currently looking at new ways of growing our DE&I Strategy and we will update more on Sterling Search’s projects and DE&I initiatives as we grow.
