At Sterling Search we are passionate about mentoring.
We possess enhanced DBS clearance and are partnered with The Switch Network, a charity based in the City, where we provide mentoring support for school children within the borough of Tower Hamlets.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a core part of Sterling Search’s vision to provide a high quality and ethical recruitment service offering to our clients and candidates.
Sourcing diverse talent
We are proactive in our approach to sourcing talent from diverse communities and we regularly attend networking events organised by Lloyd’s of London, in addition to ensuring that we keep up to date with new D&I initiatives and educational programmes in the market.
The future
DE&I isn’t just a moment, it’s the future, and our own growth strategy will ensure that we recruit consultants of varying ages from different social backgrounds that bring a variety of experience and fresh perspectives to our business.
Our goal is to create a diverse and dynamic business that tests the myth that recruitment is a career choice exclusively for young people, or for those with relevant experience.
We will use our business to shine a light on cultural and environmental issues, such as, menopause support, mental health awareness and neurodiversity awareness, and we will promote health and wellbeing initiatives such as agile working.
We are very excited for the future and we will update more on Sterling Search’s projects and DE&I initiatives as we grow.
